For the fully independent travelers (FITs)

• When booking is cancelled 90 days prior to departure - 10% of ticket value will be deducted
• When booking is cancelled 30-89 days prior to departure - 20% of ticket value will be deducted
• When booking is cancelled 29 days prior to departure - 100% of ticket value will be deducted.

In case of FIT’s

• 60 days or more prior to departure, 25 % of published price.
• 45 to 59 days prior to departure, 50% of the nett amount.
• 0 to 44 days prior to departure, 100% of the nett amount.

• 59 - 45 days prior to departure date 20% of the published tour cost.
• 44 - 30 days prior to departure date 50% of the published tour cost.
• 29 - 0 days prior to departure date 100% of the published tour cost.
• No Show 100% of the published tour cost
